To set the stage for 2017, Whitney Rose announces her plans to bring the sound of South Texas Suite far and wide. Rose’s newly confirmed Canadian tour dates, which include shows in Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta in February 2017, are part of an expansive tour of North America and beyond, with more details to come.
Whitney Rose has been soaking up the Lone Star State’s music scene and rich history, honing her blend of classic country and vintage pop to potent results. From the honky tonk vim of “My Boots” to the 1950s pop dreamscape of “Bluebonnets For My Baby,” South Texas Suite demonstrates how deftly Rose intertwines these two worlds.
South Teas Suite, Rose’s self-produced Six Shooter debut, will be released on January 27, 2017 worldwide.
