2025 Tour Dates Announced in Halifax, Toronto, Brooklyn and More

On the title track to his new album, Tenderness, T. Thomason centres the emotions that shape this collection as a whole: fear, courage and resolve. Amid change, about which T. writes in exquisite and intimate detail, what remains the same is that love and trust must light the way. A song that first name checks, and then features, indie rockers Stars, “Tenderness” is the culmination of the album’s major revelations and sonic tendrils in soaring chamber pop form.

Listen to Tenderness here.

With Tenderness, T. Thomason emerges anew. In his first full-length album since signing with Six Shooter Records, Thomason offers a compelling and cohesive study of the body and the heart. Tenderness shines with the clarity and confidence of an artist who is telling his own story, the way it needs to be told.

Created around central themes of self-affirmation and self-determination, the new album is an expression of queer and trans liberation. With Tenderness, T. Thomason reminds us that intimacy can only be offered, never taken. At times heartwrenching, hungering, hopeful, occasionally horny, Tenderness is always honest. Earnest and genuine with its truths, the collection is centered around T.’s own journey, shared for the purpose of finding connection and joy with others.

Six Shooter Records welcomes Tenderness today.
