POLARIS LOVE FOR BOTH JENN GRANT and LUKE DOUCET & THE WHITE FALCON

We were very pleased when we found out that the one kabillion jurors for the Polaris Long List have included two Six Shooter albums in the mix: “Honeymoon Punch” by Jenn Grant, and “Steel City Trawler” by Luke Doucet & the White Falcon. Yay, us! When I first saw the list, I was so excited that I texted Luke Doucet a lil’ message along the lines of “OMG Polaris Long List! YGG! IMHO u Rock! ROTFLOL!”, and I was kind of offended when he didn’t even reply! Has Polaris Long List fame already gone to Luke’s forever-young blonde head?! I was so disheartened that I didn’t even bother texting Jenn Grant (that, and I don’t have her digits). Anyway, this is our last chance to brag about our Polaris goodness, because they are announcing the short list imminently. Maybe even today. So say three cheers for us while the going is good!
