New Music

I’ve only recently realized that playing the popular downtown pedestrian / public transit game of “Bluetooth or crazy” actually kind of sucks. Either way I am decidedly non-stoked on the outcome. It’s kind of like playing “dog fart or human fart” (a game I never want to play), you are in for a stinky no matter what.

A much better game is “Whitehorse or Jenn Grant”, since a) it’s easy, they sound different, and b) either way you win!! Both artists are putting finishing touches on their respective near-complete new albums, and will both be released this summer. Have I mentioned how much I love summer? Amelia Curran is also in the middle of a new record, which we hope will be released in the fall (um, have I mentioned how much I love fall? Not as much as summer, but Amelia’s album will still rule). And the Good Lovelies just recorded a live album at Revolution Recording — keep your ears tuned.
