Dear Diary, Whitehorse's New Video for "Sometimes Amy" Is Out Today

“Sometimes Amy” directed by Caitlin Veitch (Six Shooter Records).

A laugh track for heartache, Whitehorse’s new song “Sometimes Amy” is an emotional SOS in the specific and highly singable shape of a ’90s sitcom theme. Now with a new video that dials up the dear diary drama, “Sometimes Amy” pleads for relief with Whitehorse’s signature combination guitar and harmonies.

As it playfully jumps from wood paneled basement head bopping to arcade rock n’ roll to dreamy pastel bedroom phone tag, “Sometimes Amy” changes settings as quickly as it changes moods, between loving and loathing, wanting more and having enough of it already.

“Sometimes Amy” is found on the forthcoming Strike Me Down, out September 10.
