TICKETS ON SALE AT SIXSHOOTERRECORDS.COM

We've started a new ticketing service on sixshooterrecords.com, where we're happily selling tickets to the Elliott Brood official CD release show this weekend, tickets for the entire national Luke Doucet tour coming up, tickets for Justin's upcoming Toronto show with Serena Ryder, and also to the Rheostatics Winter Nationals. Point, click, and pick your tickets up at the show. Easy peasy!

SPEAKING OF EASY PEASY...

As the youngest artist on our roster, it makes sense that Valery Gore would be the first to be featured on her very own podcast. Podcasting is this crazy new phenomenon in which songs are encoded as mushy peas and then smooshed over the internet in these weird cyber pod thingies. It's basically a government ploy to get computer nerds to eat their vegetables. Get a full serving from Valery here: http://www.cbcradio3.com/podcast/list.cfm?year=2005&Playlist_Id=14

In fact, there are a bunch of interweb links you can follow to see reviews and blogs on various artists...check out our growing list at sixshooterrecords.com, where you can also click your way to a whole bunch of sites now carrying Valery's new video for Dancing (which was also added to Bravofact!, hooray!), Luke Doucet's new video for Broken One and soon to be featuring Elliott Brood's new animated video for Second Son.

And while you're clicking away, you can check out this US radio station playing our stuff!:

ELLIOTT BROOD BRINGS OUT THE BUCKS

Speaking of the Brood, don't miss the Toronto show this weekend where we unveil Brood Bucks! Each ticket buyer will be presented with a custom-made coin, worth $2 at the merch stand. We are hoping that Brood Bucks will some day be a global currency...of course first we have to work on changing every single good and service in the world into a fabulous piece of Elliott Brood merchandise. I''l get on that right away....

RHEOSTATICS BACK IN ACTION

The annual Fall Nationals this year are actually going to be the Winter Nationals. The Rheostatics perform their 10-day run at the Horseshoe Tavern this year from December 8-17. The perfect venue for your Christmas party! Maybe we can even get Dave Bidini to put on a Santa suit. Also see tour dates section below for Rheostatics tour dates in November, including Waterloo, Belleville, Hamilton, and 4 BC dates.

LUKE DOUCET KICKS OFF CANADIAN TOUR
